It has been easy for our department of over 200 employees to use together in order to find information that we have needed or required quickly. The only thing I dislike about it so far is how long its taking me to get used to all of their features because there are many! As mentioned above; however this takes some time but once you figure out what it does then it makes things easier than ever before. We've found most everything from locating previous documents which were lost years ago, finding missing files from when someone was last working here as well as being able to locate employee's medical history easily through using their database search feature.
