I bought this glue gun in a hurry to complete an important project, the cost was not an issue, but I instinctively chose the cheapest price. It arrived in a hard plastic sleeve along with lots of glue sticks. The moment I turned it on and added the glue sticks, it started oozing hot glue and I didn't even have to push or press the button. It was not only annoying but also dangerous and I could have burned myself if I hadn't noticed. I ended up being so frustrated that I unplugged it and let it cool before throwing it in the trash and going to Michaels to buy a quality glue gun. Do yourself a favor, don't buy this. Cheap is not always good
