I love these bins! The food stays hot for hours. I pack lunch for my husband at 5am and when he eats at 12 is the food still hot or warm! I always put hot/boiling water in the container for at least 5 minutes and cover to let it heat up. In the meantime, I warm up his food and then pour out the hot water and pour his hot food in. It changed the rules of the game for us. It comes with 2 sporks but we don't really use them. We've been using them for a month now and haven't had any problems. They seal very well and don't pill. Also, you get some spare valves in case you have trouble with them.
