Pros: I really like the look. Seems durable and of good quality. It was a great price compared to other canvas towers I looked at. It was pretty easy to put together just by following other reviewers instructions. Cons: Instructions were clearly lacking. If I hadn't followed the additional instructions provided by some of the other reviewers, I would have had a very difficult time or would have had to repeat some of the steps. Also, it shouldn't be listed as "linen tower". Not suitable for towels. It would be better if it served as a tower to store toiletries/sanitary items. I checked the measurements after measuring our towels. My towels are 13 inches long and the tower measurements at the end of the product listing say 15 x 13.25 x 63 (see image). I didn't see that the dimensions of the shelf are 11D x 12W (pictured). If I had seen them, I would have known that towels would not fit in the tower. So I will continue to use it, but not for its intended purpose. I suggest it could be a little deeper to accommodate towels.
