I have an achilles tendon and thought it would help but it doesn't. I pulled it as hard as I could, but it didn't help. The one star rating is for the seam at the top of the heel/bottom of the Achilles tendon that my shoe rubs against. I can't wear it without taping off the heel first. Why bother? I have other compression sleeves that work much better. Save your money and don't buy this product.
