Just the thing for a birthday outfit!
Found this skirt for my daughter's birthday outfit this year and the color and look were basically perfect for us. Unlike other skirts we tried, this one had a lining. It wasn't the full length of the skirt, but it was enough for us. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the bow. The color of the ribbon for the bow is actually more blue. The photo doesn't stand out that much, thank God. Overall we liked the skirt and the price was great.
