I bought this mp3 player almost 4 years ago and it still works great. I'm not interested in iPods and other fancy music players. I also don't have more than 4000 songs that I want to record on this player, so having the largest GB is not a problem for me. Now I have 1193 songs, but this number is increasing. However, there is still a lot of memory on this device. It's proven very durable over time and seems to have lasted quite a while. The battery is not convincing. I probably listen to it about twice a week, about 3 hours a week at most, but still plug it in to charge often. However, this can be due to wear and tear and idling. The playlist feature is a little frustrating and annoying. You can't create one via the mp3 playlist itself, but via the files through the computer, which is a bit annoying. Overall a good MP3 player. If you don't like touchscreens or anything new in the tech world and want something cool, go for it.
