My 10 year old daughter needed a good pair of shoes to support her ankles and I bought them for her along with a set of arch supports and she felt relief from the pain immediately. Not only does the shoe fit her entire foot perfectly, but the wide sole that covers the entire bottom of the shoe gives her more stability and allows her to practice the sport she has previously avoided.
