The team at Black & White was very friendly and professional throughout our entire project process. They were always available for questions or concerns that we had regarding our website design needs through construction as well as during implementation of their services. I would highly recommend them! There is nothing about this experience so far that has been negative; they took care of every little issue right away with no issues. Their customer service skills are top-notch. Our business card site redesign needed an overall visual refresh/rebranding to create more modern designs while also keeping up with current social media trends. This included updating, designing new templates and implementing custom fonts to match existing branding standards across all marketing materials including emails, print collateral etc. As mentioned above, there really wasn't anything specific from my end - just need some aesthetic changes within each template that already existed prior to working together with Black.
