Some others have recommended them as an affordable replacement for UrbanSkinRX sponges. They are not the same at all. They were so rough on my skin that my skin was irritated like it was scratched. Value for the amount you get. They impart absorbency. But the roughness is terrible in my opinion. Can these still be used? Yes, but be very careful and gentle. Unlike the UrbanskinRX sponges, they exfoliate much better and that's why I wouldn't use them every day. And I have to remember to be very gentle when using them. I won't be buying them again but will use what I have but swap them out for matching facial sponges.
