It provides an excellent service with no issues at all, I would recommend it to anyone looking for this type of technology or any other call forwarding system as well! The only thing you have control over which can be frustrating sometimes but not much else in my opinion - maybe more options when setting up your services? Nothing really comes across negatively about hiYA so far though i do like that they are constantly improving their product line through customer feedbacks/suggestions etc.. We use them mainly because we wanted some extra security while out away from home / office (we're self-employed). They also provide additional features such us video calls if needed too plus SMS alerts whenever there's something urgent going down within our business premise; very helpful indeed!!
