Purchased in September 2017 upon my return home after a few months in the hospital and rehab center for use in my chair. Initially, the height and comfort were great. But in the middle of spring, I realized it was getting harder to get out of my chair again. It now shrinks to half (or more) of its original 6-inch thickness when seated. I was hoping that the max density foam would retain its firmness after six months of use as the description touted 3-5 years of work with daily use. A NOTICE. The pillow has been rotated and even flipped over to maintain its height/density! All for free. I wish there was an extra high density option above the 44# level.
