**I will update after a few months of use** I just bought this case and only had it a few days. Everything looks good so far! I found out that the label on the plastic bag it was stopped in says 'green' but the color pretty much matches the photos on this site. It's more of a very light blue color with a slight hint of sea shape. I don't know why they chose to label it green instead of using a seal to distinguish this product from another blue one. Anyway, no problem as their pictures are more accurate and this is the color people (including me) want to buy. * Purse looks pretty well made. The seams are even and clean. * "Leather" parts are smooth and flat. * The inside of the straps is lined with a nice smooth fabric (but the stitching is a little scratchy on hands and wrists). * Plenty of card slots * **Zipper snagged first because the zipper was closed at both ends. I just had to use my fingers to pry open the "open" end. ((I've attached a photo.)) **Both zippers look cheap and very rough. More frequent use will likely "break" them and make for a smoother experience. ** I have small hands (7 inches long). As this is for the XS Max, the wallet is large and bulky (WHO EXPECTS). So it's not really a minus, but be aware that if you have small hands like me, you'll be using the straps a lot. * The phone case is made of flexible material (TPU), which is still quite durable. , not as good for the wallet but definitely NOT as cheap as I expected. The body looks pretty good. * Has rough grooves on the sides for easier gripping. ** The magnet is weak. The strong part is the wallet! The case will definitely stay in the wallet as the wallet is durable, but don't expect it to stick to any other surface, especially when you have a huge XS Max inside! It also doesn't stick well to my WizGear car mount and that magnet is STRONG. The wallet itself was glued to the mount with a very strong fixation. Maybe they should swap the magnets. But I don't use the case that came with it. I still use my OtterBox Defender (Happa theme). It fits in. My case has two magnets between the layers so it sticks to my car mount, but the thickness of the outer layer does NOT match a wallet magnet AT ALL. Which suits me, since at least it fits in. I put my cards in the outer flap for easy access. Money and coins inside but my phone is so huge it won't just fall out and if it does my Defender case will most likely save it. But so far no problems, it only holds because it fits snugly. It fits well, but like I said before, you have to take your time and "break" the zipper. Simply open and close the wallet with your protector inside about 10 times and then leave it there for a few minutes. You will find that it opens and closes easily afterwards. Now I just plug it in, clip it and seal it. So if someone has a thick case like the OtterBox Defender, IT WILL WORK. No need to compromise the safety of your XS Max! Overall this is a good wallet and I am happy with my purchase. I have a feeling this wallet will last a while but only time will tell.
