Overall good but one problem

I don't remember being able to choose my size, luckily the size is good. I'm not sure how accurate the measurements are because I don't have a ring gauge, but the number seems small. Although this isn't really a problem. When I received the package it consisted of three packages: an outer tan USPS envelope, another smaller tan envelope (both bubble wrapped inside and a high quality shipping plastic bag, all sealed well. So I don't blame the postal system, however the ring was missing the gem in the center.I didn't ask for a refund and didn't try to return it, so it got at least three stars (I don't know about their customer service.) And it could was a simple error checking for defects, or it could came out on delivery and I missed a gem in the bag but I checked so uh.... But other than that it's a great product that looks like a good copy for a movie prop.

Some buyers reported receiving rings that were poorly made and did not resemble the original version of the ring from the film. This low quality can make the product cheap and unattractive.
