I like that they are able to do so much in one place! It's great how many different ways you can access your information from anywhere at any time even outside work hours if needed.

Sometimes it takes awhile for new features or updates to be available but this does not always happen right away depending where you're located geographically. One thing about GITI i don't really enjoy as well is their website design/layout - It could use some visual improvements. For ease of accessibility when having multiple people working remotely sometimes we had issues figuring out which part was "our" area.
