I have several of these kaftans in my time. I noticed that the materials are completely different. Solid black is a great material that hangs beautifully. The flowers don't stretch in the material and are very very thin, like a cheap sheet, but the prints are beautiful! The slits on both sides are quite high, which is better for a hot day.
