For a headlight, that crap. According to the dictionary, a spotlight is "a lamp that casts a narrow, intense beam of light directly onto a point". It has NO intensity. If it had 9 LEDs maybe it would be ok. But with 3 LEDs it's useless. Gives no noticeable light. I also have to criticize the packaging. It is impossible to remove the packaging without a sharp object. I used a knife to pierce the packaging and score the headlight fairing. Annoying, but there's nothing you can do about it. On the plus side, it's well designed and easy to turn on and off and set up as advertised. Also comes with easy-to-follow instructions. I don't know how the battery life is yet. Claimed 30 hours but who knows?
