Installed a bulb after my OEM worked 4k hours and it was DOA. Connected and the image is displayed for a moment, but shortly after it fails. I'm assuming the bulb itself is the problem since I replaced it with an old work case I used previously. You can view the error entry by pressing "Menu" and then "Enter" + "Source" at the same time. I have no color wheel errors or fan errors, just a lamp error. I received a refund and am looking elsewhere for a new bulb. Customer service was kind enough to give me a refund well past the deadline as I didn't try it until a few months later.
