Soft and stretchy for pregnant women
I use a pregnancy pillow for fibromyalgia and it saved my life! This pillowcase worked great. The zipper is in both directions and long. One thing I've learned is that it's a lot easier to put the pillowcase back on if you rip open the seam at the bottom of each leg about six inches or so, big enough to slip your arm through. Not sure why nobody has figured this out yet, but damn it helps.
