This company makes beautiful useless products. I installed this faucet for a bathroom renovation and it leaked on the hot side from the start. Okay no big deal, contact the company and get a replacement cartridge. Not so fast. I didn't have a receipt. Lost in change. But then it started leaking on both sides of the faucet itself. The pin hole is leaking. I went to the photo service again. nope Not interesting. Sorry, no receipt, no help. Not to mention that the product comes with a 10 year guarantee and this is a clear flaw. So, Kingston Brass is definitely DON'T BUY. Expect the product to fail due to molding and other defects. Other reviews show similar problems. Avoid!
