I was originally looking for a vertical pan organizer but ended up deciding to buy this horizontal one, and I love that it is adjustable so that it fits perfectly in my cabinet. Our pot/pan cabinet is so much more manageable now -- I wish I had purchased this years ago!Pros:- Adjustable length to fit in any size cabinet.- Optional: can use as two separate pieces if cabinet space is narrow.- Adjustable slats to accommodate any size pan.- Non-slip "feet".- Clean and polished appearance.- Best thing to ever happen for my pots & pans cabinet!Cons:- Arrived without any instructions or labels. It was easy to figure out, though. The rubber "feet" come in a baggie and need to be attached (it took me a minute to figure out what they were). Shortly after receiving the item, I received an email from the seller that contained assembly instructions, which confirmed that I had assembled the item and rubber feet correctly.- Because the item is adjustable, the bars on the edge of each piece may prevent pans from settling into the "pocket". I had to take a bit of time to figure out how to best adjust the pieces and arrange my pans to make sure the bar was not in the way, but I was able to adjust and arrange so that the bars are utilized to support the pans.
