Failed to load media. UPDATE: The company has contacted me to let me know that they have changed the name of the listing. The title is still false advertising. They are not silver plated. They are also physically stamped "925". Even if plated with real silver, it is a federal crime in the US to sell materials so marked as silver unless they contain 92.5% pure silver. As you can see, the packaging is also marked 925 Sterling Silver. If you are a retailer or designer buying these products for resale take legal action just like this "SANNIX" seller selling these fraudulent products. ------------ -- Although these earring backs look nice and give a realistic impression of light silver, they are not silver at all. They are attracted to a magnet and when tested with acid all color is lost and they leave a blue deposit indicative of nickel.
