Beautiful summer dress to match clothes
I actually tried to create this fringe bottom on my black dress but it didn't work so I gave up and bought it. Soft and stretchy, perfect for summer. I like it because it looks like a short dress that shows off your tanned legs, but the fringes give the illusion of length and hide thigh imperfections π. I'm 5'4130, I'm medium, it's not too short and covers my butt well.
