I've been using this mp3 player for a few months and finally gave up and switched to another brand. In general everything is fine. He makes music, but too many things he's not good at keep me away from him. 1) He does not alphabetize anything. When you copy music to the player or a microSD card, it will appear in the order you copied the files. So if you want them to appear in alphabetical order, you'll have to copy them that way. 2) The documentation is terrible. From time to time I hit a key combination that locks the player and the manual doesn't say anything about how to unlock it. I end up having to hold down the power button for a few seconds and turn it on and off again. 3) It gets stuck at the first song in the folder. Open the folder containing the songs you want to listen to, start with the first song, start running (or whatever), and soon you'll find the first song playing over and over again. Try skipping forward and it will simply restart at the first song. Go through the whole folder and let it go to the next folder, guess what it does to the first song in that folder? Yep, hang on. Fiddle with the buttons while trying to get through the first song and suddenly you find that the player is locked (see number 2). There are a few good things about the player if the above issues don't bother you. It is lightweight and connects to Bluetooth devices easily and seamlessly. But the issues mentioned above just annoyed me too many times to keep messing around with this player.
