I really like this product but application requires patience and requires learning. For some reason there is no liner in the tube, or if there is it is useless so the brush comes out with clumps of product that need to be rubbed against the rim of the tube before you can start applying. The mascara itself is amazing enough that I put up with the extra time/effort it takes to apply it. This will VERY change the length of your lashes - the real difference, no "fake lashes" at all. Plus, easy removal requires a soak in warm water, but they won't mind a little rain or a small tear.
