I took this mic because I needed it on the go when filming YouTube videos or streaming to DLive while playing games and I used it once for a large scale meeting . It comes with clear instructions and simply plugs into your USB port, eliminating the need for XLR cables here. After connecting it to my Windows 10 laptop, it takes a while to find your driver and be available. On my MacBook Air, it worked as soon as I plugged it in. You have to love Apple. A handy little feature is that the microphone itself has an on/off switch. It makes a faint noise when you press it during recording or something, so don't use it as a kill switch to turn off the audio. I'm guessing it will sound like a giant slap in the face by the end of the recording. You can connect a regular headset to the microphone to control the sound of your voice. You can fiddle with it with the handle. It comes with a small stand so you can place it nicely on a table next to you or, if you're smart enough, clip it to your hand. Overall it's not that heavy but solid. Sounds good and I'd recommend you pick it up and try it!
