I bought this dock because I have a new MacBook Pro and didn't realize it didn't have a USB port. I'm a teacher so I have everything on USB. I tried it right away because without a USB port it was very difficult to teach online. Now, with its pandemic, it looks like everything will be online. I should note that it doesn't need to be set up, you just plug it into your computer and it works right out of the box. I was able to plug in my SD cards and USB sticks and charge my phone at the same time so it continues to work well. I'm not a techie, but I know this docking station makes my life so much easier. I was able to hook up my son's computer so he could practice at home while I work and there aren't 23 wires around me. In addition, the packaging is very nice. I felt like I was receiving jewels (you can see in the photos). It looks like a good quality product and the build quality is very good and the aluminium, although darker, goes well with my computer. The thing is that compared to other docking stations on Revain I found the price cheaper and very competitive. I'm very glad I chose it over others. I encourage you to try!
