This is the first USB Type-C charger I've evaluated so far and seems really good for high-current chargers. While not Benson Leung, I am a hardware design engineer and have the ability to properly test multiple power supplies. Using two BK Precision 8500 digital electronic loads, I have successfully placed a 3A load on the Type-C connector and a simultaneous 2.5A load on the Type-A connector built into the body of this charger . Both loads worked flawlessly throughout the 15-minute test period, with no crashes or dropouts. This charger delivered 27.5W of continuous power across both ports with no play on one end when the other end was on/off. The final test was to ensure that the Type-C connector conforms to the USB Type-C specification and reports that it's capable of delivering 3A of current to the connected load. According to my USB 3 PD test device, the Type-C end is set up correctly and I have verified that my Type-C devices are actually drawing 3.0A from this charger. I give a thumbs up. Also note that at least one company called "NXET" unethically stole this product review and posted it on their product page. Buyer Warning!
