You'll have to put up with the occasional flickering issue - it's easy to reset - just press the green button on the remote and it stops. But everyone has experienced it. I've bought about 4 models of devices out of 8 and returned 2 more and never completely got rid of this problem. This has something to do with pulse technology and mains voltage fluctuations that put it in a fast flickering mode. I put up with that because (i) I keep the remote in a convenient place and (ii) nothing is simpler than this product. for customization, LED with low profile and competitive price. BTW the "vendors" and even the "manufacturers" selling this seem to be very different, but they all seem to be using the same component, which is the root of the problem. How do you like the performance?
