Too hard and dries quickly
There was a very comfortable cooling sensation at first, but after a few minutes I felt a slight burning/irritation. My biggest complaint is that they lose moisture and shrink quickly. I understand this is a 20 minute product but it would be great if they were softer and came with cling film to retain moisture and leave on overnight.
