Well the headset is gorgeous and I like the overall design! The ear pads are very comfortable, the sound quality is excellent and they do exactly what I need to do which is listen to music and videos and relax on Discord calls with friends. I also like that it glows. But there is a function. This headset was made with a mobile app that it pairs with MORE than it does on PC and currently you can't change its color through Synapse. only via the Chroma RGB app for Android/iOS. I found a workaround and these were my steps: 1. Download Chroma RGB app for Phone2. Sync your headset with your phone, change colors and customize anything you want3. Disconnect the headset from the phone and then just pair it with the found PCI by looking for a workaround. No matter what color preferences you set in the phone app, the headset stays that way. If you want to change it again, just follow the steps I posted above. Overall, I have no regrets about the price I paid for this headset, and since I own a keyboard, mouse, headset stand, and microphone, the quality of the Razer is unmatched by other PC accessories I've tried . I've only docked one launch total because you can't change colors with Synapse, which I find odd. Furthermore, the cable that comes with the kit is for charging ONLY and nothing else.
