Maybe they are for something else, I'm not a fan of cosmetics but they are 25% smaller than the sizes I find in the store bought at crafting it's just harder to grab and be nimble. I throw it easier and have a hard time spinning it. And it's a firmer sponge, which means there aren't any holes to soak up some foundation, spread it out, and apply it all over your face. Liquid makeup simply stays on the outside of the sponge instead of seeping through when touched. Maybe that's why it's so cheap? Not worth the few dollars saved. I might even throw the other two out, it's so annoying :/
