Update February 12th: On February 10th we received the promised part at no extra charge. We haven't installed it yet because of the ice storms, but yes we got it. So the update starts from 2 to 4. I bought this set and was able to print some basic cards. The print quality is a little dull not very bright. I also contacted support regarding the silver pack I bought for more instructions on the coding part and more instructions or videos as the instructions are very poor and limited. I bought this pack as the description said you can encode cards and updated the software to even have Mire options. After what Joe told me I contacted Jack in Bodno for more help or video instructions, Jack emailed me that I needed to purchase an additional $500.00 part to code. I told him that nowhere in the literature does it say anything about the need for additional hardware to encode your cards. It actually says something else that you can encode cards. On this basis, we decided to purchase devices for our security badges. If so, we have a useless outfit from this false advertisement. You can't promote a claim and then say you're paying an extra 500.00 for a piece of hardware to convert it to an encoding you don't even mention. I have all the promotional material for this kit and it says coding and no mention of additional parts for it. The last email came from Jack from Bodno asking for my order number which I had provided and asking 2xs who never replied to my email after I gave them our order number. the required magnetic encoder is required free of charge. Waiting for arrival.
