I've been looking for an alternative to my running belts which I really like but depending on my pants/shorts I keep pushing the belt down. I'm old school so I like to pull out my phone and check my stats because I don't use headphones or other wearables like a watch. I didn't like the reflective material although I understand its safety. In the smallest position, the device itself was still too loose to walk (it bounced around like crazy). I considered hand making the straps to make them shorter but didn't want to make any further adjustments so I sent them back. I think it's great for walking or for less strenuous/mobile activities (like running) or for average build. I'm a bit petite (I'm in my late 30s but people still think I'm in high school or fresh out of high school) so I don't think that helped.
