Review on 👚 Lightweight Knitted Checked Classic Australian by Ben Walls

This is a really great scarf, perfect for very cold weather. Where I live winters fall to -40F and loosely knitted scarves are absolutely no good for anything so I was very happy that this merino wool scarf is knitted very tightly. So close that almost no light gets through (and hopefully the freezing wind doesn't let through either). At 12 inches wide, it's wide enough to fully cover my neck and fill in any collar gaps, so I need to be in good shape when temperatures really drop. I ordered the navy blue version and while I like the design I wish it was consistent. on both sides Unfortunately the front of the scarf is dark blue with a wide gray check, the back of the scarf is gray with a wide dark blue check and when I wrap myself around my neck both sides are visible unless I am very carefully with the winding. Looks good, but I'd rather have it dark blue. In general I am satisfied. This is a beautiful clean edged scarf that should last for many years and comes in a very nice gift box.A steal at this price.
