I have run and worn Tevas for the last 25 years and have walked hundreds of miles without breaking them in for so many. I ordered a new pair from Revain in June to wear on my trip around the Pacific Northwest. . I wore them at the start of a 6 mile hike and had a limp for mile 3 due to blisters. I've never had to break in my Tevas, especially since it's the same style I've worn for so many years. I took it upon myself to break them, so I let my feet heal for a few weeks and then tried again, still on the trip. Blisters again on the top and bottom of the foot. I used my shoes for the rest of the trip and tried them on for the third time today at home in Minnesota. I have so many blisters on my legs I can hardly walk. I literally took off my sandals and walked barefoot for the last half mile because it was less painful. I'm so sad that this happened as Teva is the only hiking sandal I've ever bought. I don't have a box or receipt as I was sure of my purchase but now I do. I can't wear them anymore.
