The right product for me, the price suited me.

Making some changes to an older comment. For a very long time now, I've been listening to music with headphones on. Two to three years, at the most. Even after all this time, the cable is still functional (only the plug has been replaced), but the ear cushions had to be replaced because they had been torn into bits (I paid 190r for six more replacement pieces). Haven't sat down yet. These headphones have the strongest construction of any I've ever used. After a period of time, one of the speakers began to dislodge itself from the movable mount it was attached to. I had to use solder to create a hole, then run a small wire through the hole, and then tie the wire off. Holds =) If only they had not been able to make it without me =)

Pros
  • Superior volume and sound quality, especially in the bass VERY impressed. The bass is excellent, especially considering the nature of these headphones. The low frequencies are on par with the high frequencies, and the bass is a little overdone, but this is a benefit for people who listen to rock or reggae (in particular dub), since the low frequencies are on par with the high frequencies. Because I listen to exactly this, I consider these to be the best headphones available. For those who are into drum and bass, this is another excellent option.
Cons
  • After a period of six months, the connector broke (possibly due to the fact that I frequently pushed on the wire). When you put something in your ears, it can be tough to find something that won't start to bother you within the next half an hour. Sometimes the darlings that are maturing may fly away. If you wear them around your neck, your hair will get caught in the fasteners and become unmanageable.
