I wear 2 in TORRID XL in high waisted Old Navy Go Dry Compression Pants if that helps you find the size. But for ladies who get hot and itch in the creases of your stomach or thighs, this is amazing and will keep you super dry. It took a while to get used to not having a cotton lining, but the comfort and breathability made it worth it. I saw NO wrinkles in my compression stockings. I bought the XXL in the colors that were on sale so I got almost 2 for the price of 1 of all the panties I ordered. I will gradually replace all my panties with these over time!
