This pillow was perfect for my recovery from a single mastectomy. The firmness is perfect for supporting my arms in any position while maintaining pressure on my torso. The bag is very soft and has two pockets to put everything I need. The inserts can be taken out for washing, so don't worry about clumping after washing! I wasn't sure about using the strap, but it's perfect for a comfortable pillow position in the car, on the couch, and in bed.
