Flaws in hinge design, manufacturing, or quality control?

I'd say the all glass construction looks nice and that's why I had a problem with the door hinge on my first purchase. But this second purchase reveals a more serious problem with the door hinge, so I decided to comment. As someone with an engineering background, I truly believe that the door hinge issue should have been handled by either the design department, the manufacturing department, or the quality control department. At a minimum, the manufacturer must assemble the door hinge at the factory well enough to ensure the door closes properly before shipping to distributors/retailers. If you are satisfied that the door closes well at the factory but still does not close well when installed on site, this means the frame construction is not strong enough to support the door during installation. My problem - after finishing the cabinet installation I noticed that the door didn't close completely because the inside frame of the bottom of the door was too low to meet the body frame - basically the entire door was too low to close. I adjusted the hinges to lift the entire door to allow the bottom of the door to slide into the cabinet compartment. But then I noticed that the door was not aligned with the direction of the compartment - the door was closed at the bottom, but the door at the top was open half an inch. So I started adjusting the input/output screws (<- ->) hoping to get the door back level. However, it turned out that the bottom hinge screw barely turns (compared to the top hinge screw). So now the door doesn't close completely - the bottom of the door is closed and the door is open a half inch. I feel really disappointed and betrayed by such an expensive but still bad decision.
