My wife has dementia. She is ALWAYS losing her phone. It's in a black Otterbox, which she refuses to trade out for a brighter color. I purchased this tape to adhere to her phone. A couple of straps on the back, sides, and front edges of the phone case did the trick. Whether it's under the bed, behind the headboard, in the bed, in between the car seats, we can find it. Just whatever little bit of the glow in the dark tape shows you can definitely see it.My only complaint is adhesion, it may be my fault. Maybe I didn't clean the surface well enough. I did clean her Otterbox pretty good with isopropyl alcohol before adhering the tape, but the tape on the sides and front curl up on the ends. They will not stay in place. What does stick is secure. I tried cutting down the ends that don't adhere and the new ends roll up. The tape on the back is solid.When you get the tape is a pale yellow. With just indoor light exposure it turns a jade green.
