Mike comes with all the goodies but was very surprised that I don't have any gain with the sound card added, even when I crank it up to full blast it's no louder than when I do bypassing it completely and just using the default sound card settings, it's a good mic and clear sound, but it doesn't sound any better than the small one on my headset.
