I've experimented both with and without glasses and I can say that I do feel a noticeable difference in eye strain when I wear glasses for long periods of time. My eyes tire a lot less and I feel like I blink less. For the price, these glasses really can't be beat. The bonus here is that they are actually very stylish and lightweight! I forget that they are with me most of the time. My only very small complaint is that the lenses seem to get dirty easily, but the glasses came with a small cleaning cloth so I just wipe them down before putting them on each time and it takes 2 seconds!
