Looks good but has tears in the cover due to poor workmanship

This arrived today and I just received it on the couch. It's very cute, but the quilted cover has two gaps of over an inch in two different places where the quilting squares meet, which is disappointing. I get out my needle and thread because it's easier than giving them back and maybe getting the next one with a worse stitch. However, I am careful to wash it, even on the gentle cycle as recommended; I'm afraid more stitches will unravel. In that case I will change this rating. I rate it a 5 for design and looks and a 3 for workmanship, hence 4 stars.
