Decent pillows but not BioPedic

I am disappointed that I did not receive the BioPedic pillow as described. The only thing that was right was the size. But they were a beautiful bright white color and fluffy. No protruding threads. Didn't arrive compacted as you can see in the photos, which made me very happy. However, they seemed to feel a bit knotted in only a few places. Not sure how well this can be expected. Overall I gave this product 3 stars as while they looked reasonably ok they weren't what I thought I was ordering :(
