Is this human hair?

It seems well made and pretty.but one of the inside loops was ripped. Not a huge deal, so I kept it. I also tried to have my hair stylist balayage the ends and the hair wouldn't take.so I question if this is real human hair.

This is my first time ever getting extensions but i’m super happy with it! It’s soooo soft and blends in with your natural hair so well. It’s very well packaged with directions, care, extra clips, etc. The hair doesn’t come tangled or anything! You can just put it right on without trying to make it look “normal” beforehand. I love it so much and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who’s interested!
