The bulbs arrived in a well padded box. No transport damage. FYI, as the seller pointed out, the polarity can be reversed from your car compared to what the bulbs require. Polarity matters with LEDs. On '99-'04 Mustangs (maybe other cars too) you can remove the installation tab in the half of the connector that comes from your car. This tab that you will see only allows you to connect the connector one way. By removing this tab you can now connect the connector with the correct polarity. Removing this tab should not affect future use of other lamp types, HID, LED or Halogen. I used the blade of a utility knife to remove the tab. It was easy to do. Of course, you can cut the wires from the connector and connect them with reversed polarity. I prefer not to cut wires unless necessary.
