7 year old daughter sleeps in her room!
I got a weighted blanket to help me sleep several months ago. It helped so I got this one for my 7-year old daughter who suffered from perpetual nightmares and interrupted sleep due to a series of traumatic events in the past. But this blanket has helped her SO much. She (and I) really like the "winter/summer" sides. It can definitely still get too hot, but a fan helps with that! I simply told her that it gives her a little hug while she sleeps so she knows she's safe.It's an appropriate size for her size. Not much room to grow but it'll do for now.
