Cheap because it's cheap
I bought this for a use or two and returned it the same day it arrived. The touchscreen was unresponsive, it couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, the CPU and memory were incredibly slow, and it just didn't work as advertised. Each time the camera was opened, it slowed down to a full scan, and the resolution was nowhere near as high as advertised. Looked like a 1970's security camera. I thought a $60 tablet running Android 9 was too good to be true because it was too good to be true.
