I got this a few weeks ago, took a few hundred pictures and a few movies and it has exceeded all my expectations. 1080 movies are a bit blocky. Lower the resolution a bit and it plays fine. Fantastic zoom but almost impossible to use without support. Image stabilization at full zoom doesn't cope easily. Panorama mode definitely saves Photoshop time when compositing images. The macro is very good. A wide-angle lens lets you capture quite a lot in one picture. And I'm amazed at the quality of the pictures taken inside with no flash. I use high speed 32GB cards and you really have to work to fill even one. I also like the fact that it can use standard high capacity rechargeable AA batteries. There are no proprietary batteries to be found here.
